H2O BUILDING is an eight-floors multi-functional building with innovative design. It’s split on 3 parts – commercial, office and residential. Commercial properties, surrounded by well-settled landscape will be located at ground level 1. Offices will be located at ground level 2, first and second floor. From third to eight floor the building will situate living apartments with size between 90 sq.m. and 225 sq.m.
The design of the building includes 3 levels of underground parking, matching the volume of the living people inside as well as the visitors.
Total area built – 12 168.70 sq.m.
The building will be constructed at “Akad. Ivan E. Geshov” Blvd. in Sofia. Construction activities are exprected to start any time now.
“Magnolia” is the name of the complex, which is offering to its residents a chance to escape from the busy and dynamic metropolis and move to an environment, that provides extremely high quality of living and harmony with the nature in the foot of Vitosha. It’s a five-floors building in Sofia with two entrances, oriented to “Daskal Stoyan Popandreev” Str. The total built area of the complex is 6623.18 sq.m. and has 30 apartments, 62 (56 single and 6 double) underground parking lots. The construction of the complex will start any time soon.
Residential complex “Labyrinth” is the newest and biggest project of Hydrostroy company in the field of high-rise building.
